Moab’s unique combination of beautiful red rock scenery, two national parks, and the cool waters of the Colorado River has made it one of the most sought after destinations in the Southwest. Moab will be our base camp for this light painting adventure.
Arches National Park will be our backdrop for long exposure light painting. Mesa Arch, Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point State Park will give us sunrise and sunset photo opportunities with the teal blue waters of the Colorado River 2,000 feet below. Studio still life lightpainting will also be on the agenda.
There is a spring just outside of Moab that carries a legend that says “if you drink from this spring, you’ll be back to Moab.” I have had a drink from that well every time I’ve been to Moab and I keep going back. Go figure!
So join us for this outstanding adventure and you’ll be amazed at the photos your creativity will find. And who knows, maybe you will have a chance to drink from the spring!
